HOW TO PAY FOR MEMBERSHIP FEES

100% of the membership fees collected get paid to the APA Corporate office. Therefore, if you would like to pay for your membership fees online, you must do so through the APA corporate website rather than through the SDAPA e-store.

ONLINE payments of annual MEMBERSHIP dues can ONLY be made through the APA Corporate website at https://members.poolplayers.com .

Each individual membership must be paid separately when using this method. 

NEW MEMBERS that have already been added to a roster but have not yet paid a membership fee, have been assigned a membership number that they must use when paying their membership fees on the APA Online Member Services website and should select "Returning Member - Join Again" NOT "New Member - Join Now."


Only new members that have NOT been added to a roster and assigned a membership number should select "New Member - Join Now."

New members may call the League Office at 619-303-0183 to verify this information before attempting to pay their membership fees online.

Membership fees and applications can also be mailed to the SDAPA League Office at P.O. Box 19848 San Diego, CA 92159.

****All players listed on a roster must have paid an annual membership fee by week 4 of any session.****

​After week 4, anyone on a roster who hasn't paid a membership fee will be dropped and cannot be added back until a membership fee is paid. If a team plays an unpaid player after week 4 of any session, the team will be marked past due $25 for that player's membership fees and the team will not be rewarded any bonus points until the past due is made up.


Once a team is marked past due for a player's membership fees, that player's membership fees can no longer be paid online! The player's fees must be mailed to the SDAPA league office. 
HOW TO PAY TOURNAMENT FEES

None of the tournament fees we collect go to us. Therefore, we cannot accept credit card payments for tournaments through our e-store due to the processing fees we would incur. It is prefered that all fees for pre-registered tournaments be paid by mailing cash, check or money order to the League Office at:

We will also accept bank transfer payments and payment app payments such as PayPal Friends & Family or Venmo. If sending tournament fees electronically, please send to [email protected] If using Venmo, please send to Brian-Frankland.

IF YOU ATTEMPT TO PAY TOURNAMENT FEES OR MEMBERSHIP FEES THROUGH THE E-STORE, YOU WILL BE ISSUED A CREDIT ON YOUR SCORESHEET FOR WEEKLY LEAGUE PLAY AS THAT IS WHAT YOU WILL HAVE PURCHASED, AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THE MEMBERSHIP OR TOURNAMENT FEE VIA AN ACCEPTABLE METHOD. EXTENSIONS WILL NOT BE GRANTED FOR USING THE WRONG METHOD OF PAYMENT.
